In 2019, we tripled our cheese production capacity with this new plant.

Located in Gatineau’s Aeropark neighborhood, our 11,000-square-foot plant is the birthplace of all our cheese curds, cheddar and fine cheeses. The plant, which has been in operation since the end of 2019, includes automation and digitalization equipment to optimize and increase the production of our products. Not to mention that our production plant features a brand new fine products boutique with a view of the production of our charming cheeses.
