We offer a wide selection of fresh and fine cheeses, including all of our artisanal cheeses produced in our own facility, as well as our prepared foods, available at our seven locations throughout the Outaouais region.
A selection of craft beers is also available at our Aylmer, Hull, Gatineau (Bellehumeur Street), Chelsea, Masson-Angers, and Val-des-Monts locations.
In Chelsea, enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine paired with a grilled cheese after a walk in Gatineau Park; in Hull, savour a coffee and our freshly prepared sandwiches, made on site every day.

Our Gatineau production plant
We have recently moved our production plant in early December 2019. This new location at 500 Chemin Industriel in the Gatineau airpark district will allow La Trappe à Fromage to triple its cheese production capacity.
